Swan River - Fishing Outfitter Access
The department is soliciting competitive bids for commercial use of state trust land for outfitted fishing access to the Swan River. Access points are located at the Fatty Creek Bridge Access Site, and the Point Pleasant Campground Access Site.
Special Recreational Use Licenses (SRULs) will be awarded to the top 4 eligible bidders at their respective bid amount. The bid is for the annual license fee. The minimum bid is $2,500. Bidding closes on October 30, 2026.
