Vendor Information

The DNRC solicits exclusive use fire contracts for aviation through the State of Montana electronic Montana Acquisition and Contracting System (eMACS). Aircraft vendors interested in contracting must complete their registration to receive electronic notifications of upcoming bid opportunities. Vendors may register here for free. 

Contracting for portable toilets and handwash stations, type 2 IA crews,  off-road rental vehicles, and kitchens/catering is managed internally through an informal EERA process. Contact Karen Zarbolias, (406) 542-4306, dnrcfirecontracting@mt.gov for more information.

The following forms are required to be submitted by all vendors to the DNRC annually, and anytime your information changes. 

• Direct Deposit (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• W-9 Taxpayer Identification
