2026 Forest Stewardship Workshops
Dates, locations and registration for the 2026 Forest Stewardship Workshops are now available! During the workshop you'll identify your forest goals and objectives and write an action-based Forest Stewardship Plan. You'll also receive a personalized visit with a natural resource professional. Cost is $200 per ownership.

Chainsaw 101 Workshop
Date: June 13, 2026 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Swan Valley Connections Office, Condon, MT
Learn about basic chainsaw safety procedures and operations, develop basic thinning skills, and perform basic chainsaw maintenance.

2026 Women in the Woods
Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026
Location: Crosscut Mountain Sports Center, Bozeman, MT
Spend your Saturday connecting with women landowners learning about forests and the skills needed to care for them. This workshop will feature hands-on, women taught instruction where you'll learn how to operate your chainsaw safely, keep your forest healthy, and reduce your wildfire risk.
